  We had a wonderful trip for an amazing price, the location was terrific and I was not expecting the room to be as nice as it was. Overall the resort offered us much more than what we expected.

  Some of the sporting facilities were quite small, and instructions for how to properly use the appliances in the rooms would be appreciated.

  Beautiful lake view from the terrace, well equipped kitchen, amazing silence and incredible air

  The only restaurant serves breakfast only on Sundays. We travelled as a big family and actually counted on that breakfast even on Saturday. Then we had to load all the kids and grandparents to the van and look for the place to eat. It was not easy. And this hotel is good for adults only. There was nothing to do for kids. For our 1,5 Y.O.we had to turn room upside down to barricade 2 staircases for his safety. Warm pool was closed. The restaurant was closed. Usually I look for the hotel with some fun for my 3 different aged kids. Don't know how could I do a mistake this time

  The hotel has good mountain and lake views.

  Stay away!!!!! This is absolutely and equivocally not a four star hotel as it is advertised besides the rate that they charge. We stayed at a one bedroom suite. The room was decorated with cheap motel type furniture. The rooms adversited in the Booked.net or other websites are not correctly gives an idea of this hotel. The tv was from the stone age and there were only a few channels in English. The room had a strong odor and clearly heavily smoked in. Despite our numerous complaints to the front desk, the hotel staff were not helpful and our calls were not returned. Another incorrectly advertised feature of this hotel is that the heated outdoor swimming pool is open year round. It clearly was not. There were hot tubs which were very dirty. The changing rooms and showers were extremely disgusting and had strong body odor. The check out time is at 11:00 am and when we request it to be at noon, we waited for them call us back for half an hour and we were told that we had to vacate by 11:00 am. It is noteworthy to mention that the check in time is at 4:00 pm. That gives five full hours to clean the room and we stayed there for five days and they asked us to check out by 11:00 am. The front desk staff was really amateurs and some of them who identified themselves as managers had poor English. The units are advertised as having fireplaces. Yes, they did but they are shut down and prohibited from operating. There is no room service unless you request it! Request it?!? Imagine you are paying for the hotel for a four star rate but essential services are provided upon request? Go figure... The restaurant is very far from the units unless your unit happens to be in the same building and it is only open for certain days. Please plan accordingly. The views from the hotel is good as it is located on the hills and the kitchen is equipped well.

  I liked the spacious and comfortable unit in which we stayed; the convenience of a shuttle bus to get to the village; the beautiful views;

  I wish the shuttle would run longer into the evening so that guests could stay in town for shopping, dinner, events.

  I liked the most the view of the mountains. Also the rooms & including the bed was very clean and fresh. Very close to the village and other activities.

  There was no indoor pool available. I didnt like that we couldnt use the fire place because of "insurance" issues but yet the description of the condo when i booked it said fire place available. And yet I was charged full price for the room. I think I should of gotten a discount since one of the service was not available.

  The Suite was fantastic and the view was excellent.

  The actual dirt roads were very bumpy and just to get into our parking lot the car had a very hard time getting up the hill and over the bumps.

  The location and the scenery are the reasons we have gone back 3 years in a row. The first 2 years it was quiet, which was one of the reasons we choose this resort.

  During this trip there was a lot of noise Friday and Saturday night, the first night from 10p.M. to 2:30a.M. and the second night from 10p.M. to 5:30a.M.from a large group staying below us at the resort and even though we called to complain the noise did not stop. We were forced to close windows and patio doors which made the unit extremely hot. I would only recommend Cap Tremblant if something could be done about excess noise as my impression is that Cap Tremblant is a family resort.
